Notre Dame Fighting Irish 60
The Irish all but eliminated themselves from the NCAA Tournament with this loss to Villanova. At 7-10 in the conference, Notre Dame would have to make a huge splash in the BET and probably win at least three games and make it to the championship. Villanova is sitting pretty right now. Villanova will be no worse then the 5-seed, but could easily move up into the top 4 depending on how Pitt and Marquette finish out. Considering that those two teams play each other Wednesday one of them has to lose at least one more game, and Villanova will have the head-to-head tiebreaker over both. Villanova will finish out the season at home against Providence this Thursday. The Irish host St. John’s Friday to end the regular season.
