2008 COLLEGE FOOTBALL PREVIEW DAY 17

PAC -10

The Pac-10 is a tough conference for most people to rate. It seems to be a either love or hate conference by most analyst, with nothing in between. The problem with the PAC-10 is the east coast bias. The games are on late and not many people get to see them play. The people that hate the PAC-10, don't watch their games, they just hear the PAC-10 people complain about disrespect. The people who love the PAC-10 don't watch the games either, they just know USC. I however, love watching the PAC-10 (I love any college football and it is normally the last games on every Saturday). I love the wide open offenses and the 9 game conference schedule (forcing each team to actually play everyone in the conference). I do think that those who love it over hype it and those who hate it don't give it much of a chance. Bottom line they play exciting football out west.

MY PICKS FOR THE PAC-10 IN 2008

BEST PLACE TO SEE A GAME:
I have obviously never been to a PAC-10 game, so this makes it a little more difficult. I have been to Sun Devil Stadium on the Arizona State campus, but not for an ASU game. So I'm going to really have to go based on hype and what I have seen rather then first hand experience. The best atmosphere for a game seems like a no-brainer and it would be Autzen Stadium in Oregon. The students are loud and right on top of the visiting team, and the place is always packed. The other choice here goes more along the lines of tradition, but USC seems like a place that would be a great place to take in a game. There will be no crazy fans, or any sing-a-longs like at Penn State or West Virginia, but the tradition of the Coliseum and the tradition of USC football would be pretty cool to experience once.

The problem with USC is that it would be a one-time thing, at Oregon it seems like every football Saturday is a party, that is the type of place I want to go. So the winner, Autzen Stadium at the University of Oregon.

HOTTEST FANS:
Now we are getting into the tough ones. The next 3 previews will look at the west coast, beach type girls, the country girls and the southern girls. These will not be easy to judge.
Arizona 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Arizona State 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Cal 1, 2, 3, 4
Oregon 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Oregon State 1
Stanford 1, 2
UCLA 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
USC 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Washington 1
Washington State 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

My vote after finding these has to go to Arizona State. I only posted so many pictures of each school, but I could have put up about 100 more from ASU if I wanted. I also found this site which I used for a lot of these pictures, it basically is just a collection of hot PAC-10 girls.

MOST SCANDALS:
I think that USC wins this in a runaway due to their pending BIG TIME violations with Reggie Bush, but now that Rick Neuheisel is in the PAC-10, he will bring the Bruins into competition here in no time at all.

SEASON RESULTS:
1. Southern Cal
2. Oregon
3. Arizona State
4. Oregon State
5. Arizona
6. Cal
7. UCLA
8. Stanford
9. Washington
10. Washington State

USC behind its loaded defense wins the National Title
